Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with 3+ years of experience and Siemens MRI scanner proficiency for a 13-week contract at a large Level I Trauma Center and Academic Medical Center.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting at a large Level I Trauma Center and Academic Medical Center with 1,500+ staffed beds
• Thursday and Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Charting performed in Epic
• 13-week contract
• Teal scrubs required
• Parking is available at a cost of $125/month

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of MRI Technologist experience required
• Siemens MRI scanner experience required
• Experience in a large Trauma Center setting required
• ARRT (MRI) certification and current BLS required
• CT state license required if applicable
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Additional Information

• Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 2 years before being considered as a traveler
• RTO exceeding 7 days requires facility approval
• Flu vaccination is required; declinations are not accepted
• COVID vaccination and booster required; religious and medical exemptions are considered
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
