What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
• Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, managing neurological status before and after procedures
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as required
• Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgeries
• Collaborate in a team environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Maintain documentation using Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Respond to emergencies and assist with airway management, including intubation when needed
• Contribute to approximately 50 surgical cases daily across multiple operating rooms
• Work within a Level II Trauma Center environment, adhering to safety and care protocols

What You Need

• Valid CRNA licensure in Michigan
• Active certification and relevant anesthesia experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
