FTE: 0.9 (Full-Time) Shift: Nights, 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Schedule: TBD. Selfscheduling model utilized. Some weekends required. Candidates must have open availability; specific schedules or patterns cannot be guaranteed.

Deaconess Hospital is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Float Pool team. In this role, you will support multiple units throughout the hospital, providing highquality patient care wherever it is needed most. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to broaden your clinical experience.

Department-Specific Requirement

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Acute Care/Hospital setting.

Pay, Premium Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $21.18 per hour (based on licensed experience)

• $5,000 SignOn Bonus with a 24month commitment to MultiCare

  • Must have 1+ year of licensed CNA experience to qualify

• Shift and weekend differentials available

Responsibilities

• You will manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients
• You will support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• You will create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients

Requirements

• Current Washington State CNA license
• Current BLS Certification
• One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred

Founded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region. Deaconess is home to a Level III Trauma Center, Certified Chest Pain Center, Primary Stroke Center, Maternal Fetal Medicine program and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.18 - $31.68 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
