Set measurable goals, budgets, and timelines for production, sales, and service delivery. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to adapt strategies as needed. Operational Oversight Oversee all manufacturing processes, including production planning, quality control, supply chain management, and logistics. Ensure efficient use of resources, technology, and labor to meet output targets and cost goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Financial Management Manage the company’s budget, financial performance, and investment decisions. Analyze sales reports, financial statements, and cost structures to guide resource allocation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. People Leadership Lead and mentor senior executives, department heads, and manufacturing teams. Foster a strong company culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Oversee human resources strategy, including talent development, performance management, and compliance. Stakeholder Engagement Represent the company to customers, investors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support growth and reputation. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. Manage operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Skills and Qualifications Industry expertise in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain management. Leadership and decision‑making skills to guide cross‑functional teams. Financial acumen to manage budgets and investments. Problem‑solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges.
