TMV Group is looking for a Content Creator who can think, shoot, light, edit and bring ideas to life. This is not a role where you'll simply be handed a shot list and asked to execute it. We're looking for someone who can sit in a creative brainstorm, contribute ideas, figure out how to make them, then pick up a camera and go make them. You’ll work across a range of TMV clients creating social-first content—from polished brand films and campaign work to interviews, product content, short-form series and fast-moving ideas built specifically for the feed. What You’ll Do Content Creator TMV Group | Milford, MI | Full-Time TMV Group is looking for a Content Creator who can think, shoot, light, edit and bring ideas to life. You’ll work across a range of TMV clients creating social-first content—from polished brand films and campaign work to interviews, product content, short-form series and fast-moving ideas built specifically for the feed. Concept and develop original video and social content alongside TMV's creative and strategy teams Shoot primarily on Sony FX3 / Sony Cinema Line cameras Light talent, products, interviews and environments Direct talent and help real people feel natural on camera Edit short- and long-form content in Adobe Premiere Pro Create motion graphics, animated typography and visual treatments in After Effects Work with Photoshop and Illustrator assets within video Handle color correction/grading, sound design and finishing Adapt ideas and edits for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social and other platforms Bring your own ideas to the table instead of waiting for someone to tell you exactly what to make What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a strong eye and strong opinions about the work. You understand composition, lighting, lenses, pacing, music, sound, typography and motion—and how all of those things come together to make something people actually want to watch. You should be comfortable owning the process from idea → shoot → edit → final piece. Strong experience with: Sony FX3 / Sony Cinema Line Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Motion graphics and animated typography Professional lighting and production audio S-Log3 and color workflows Photoshop and Illustrator Social-first video formats and storytelling Agency, production company or brand-content experience is a plus. A degree isn't important to us. Your work is. The Person We're Looking For You might currently be a videographer, editor, filmmaker, motion designer or content creator. The title matters less than whether you can do the work. We want someone who gets excited when they hear a problem and immediately starts thinking: "What if we shot it like this?" Someone with enough technical ability to make beautiful work, enough design sense to make type and motion feel intentional, and enough creative instinct to make an idea better—not just execute what someone else came up with.
