The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea , is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join this incredible team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Casual (2-3 days per week)

• Shift: Varies - 10-hour shift. Must be able to provide at least two (2) days with open availability.

• **Pay Rate: ** The pay rate for this role is $19.92 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) months customer service is required and a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the shopping experience

• Drive retail sales: Highlight promotions and provide product recommendations to enhance the guest experience and maximize profitability

• Be a product expert: Offer guidance on merchandise, styling, and pricing to help customers make informed purchases

• Process transactions with care: Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates/cards

• Package and fulfill orders: Wrap merchandise and prepare orders for shipments

• Monitor inventory: Assist with stock management and ensuring proper merchandise supply levels
