Senior Customer Service Rep

Supporting landscape professionals across the region American Wholesale Nurseries supplies landscape contractors and property developers across the region with plants, trees, and site materials. As a Senior Customer Service Rep, you will handle inquiries and support commercial clients as they manage their orders and projects. Your daily work Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding plant availability, order status, and delivery schedules. Resolving delivery discrepancies and product issues for landscape contractors and property developers. Coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure wholesale orders move out on time. Maintaining accurate account records and order histories within the customer database. What we are looking for Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally within a wholesale, B2B, or green industry environment. Clear communication skills and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries during peak planting seasons. Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems. Compensation The salary for this role is USD 3,800-5,200 per month.
