Real Estate Attorney

Our client, a growing mid-sized law firm in the west metro, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its expanding practice. As demand for the firm's commercial real estate services continues to grow, this attorney will step into an active and sophisticated transactional practiceThe firm is open to candidates at the Associate, Of Counsel, or Partner level and offers a flexible platform for attorneys looking to continue developing their practice, strengthen client relationships, and play a meaningful role in the growth of the real estate group.'While the primary focus of this position will be commercial real estate transactions, the firm offers a collaborative, full-service environment that provides opportunities to work on related corporate, business, and M&A matters based on an attorney's interests and experience. This role is well-suited for someone seeking sophisticated real estate work with the flexibility to build a broader transactional practice over time.Responsibilities:Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and related transaction documents.Conduct and analyze title and survey review as part of due diligence efforts.Prepare conveyance documents, easements, declarations, and other ancillary real estate documents.Advise clients on commercial leasing matters, acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.Coordinate and manage real estate closings while collaborating with lenders, title companies, brokers, and other stakeholders.Provide practical legal counsel to developers, investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants.Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
