As a Client Relations Specialist, you’ll be out in the field — the face of Sonitrol — building genuine relationships with business owners and decision‑makers across San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. What You’ll Do Be the primary point of contact for an established client base, visiting accounts regularly and building trusted, long‑term relationships Resolve service issues and complex concerns with confidence and professionalism Identify client needs and match them with the right products and solutions — including upsell and cross‑sell opportunities Demonstrate products and deliver hands‑on training so clients get maximum value from their systems Onboard new clients smoothly and support existing ones with ongoing education Maintain accurate account records and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service Escalate issues quickly and advocate for clients internally when needed What We’re Looking For Strong communicator — confident in person, over the phone, and in writing Organized self‑starter who can manage a varied schedule and prioritize independently Customer‑first mindset with a genuine desire to help people Comfortable learning new technology and database systems Reliable, punctual, and professional Prior customer service or account management experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required — mileage reimbursement provided Must reside within approximately 25 miles of San Jose Please note: This is a fully on‑site, field‑based position. Remote work is not available.
