Qualifications The Fort Myers office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Paralegal with at least 3+ years of experience. General Litigation - required E-Discovery experience a plus, but not required Insurance defense - Construction litigation experience is preferred but not required Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals Essential Duties & Responsibilities Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Respond to motions & discovery Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment Ability to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment We offer competitive pay, top-tier medical insurance, 401(k) with matching, and much more.
