Schedule: Flexible Very busy on weekends On call shifts 4 weekend days per month flexible Full -Time Part-Time Alternate your weekends Shifts Needed/Busy Days (Alternate Weekends) Friday Evenings Saturdays Evenings Sundays Responsibilities Massage Therapists are responsible for obtaining the education and licensure required to perform bodywork services within the state they are working. They are expected to perform massage therapy and body treatments according to the treatment protocols provided. In addition to possessing knowledge and expertise in massage and body treatments, they should also be comfortable recommending enhancements and products. Woodhouse Spa Massage Therapists work closely with other team members to ensure that each guest's experience exceeds Woodhouse Spa standards. More specifically, our masterful Massage Therapist: Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments Has a most recent and up to date massage license (CO please) Provides consistent and stellar treatments 5-8 different massages/body treatments per day Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes Woodhouse Perks include: Competitive Pay and Incentive programs Generous discounts and opportunities to enjoy services and products “The Woodhouse Way” paid training program Working in a new state of the art facility Ongoing training opportunities on the Woodhouse University website Qualifications Maintains a current Massage license in the state they are practicing in. Excellent communication skills. Able to assess the needs and wants of their guests. Has exceptional time management skills. Works efficiently to solve problems in the moment. Available to work weekend, evening, and holiday hours. Neat and professional appearance follows Woodhouse Spa dress code. Physical strength to stand on feet for long hours at a time. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Compensation The commission rate for this role is 25% to 35% per service + gratuity and is commensurate with experience.
