Physical Therapist | Patient-Focused Rehab Team

The Staff Pad has partnered with a renowned healthcare organization in Hamilton, TX to hire a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing Physical Therapy team. In this role, you will administer physical therapy treatments and therapeutic modalities as prescribed by a physician to support patient recovery, improve mobility and function, reduce pain, and promote overall rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities Evaluate patients, develop and support treatment and discharge plans under physician direction Prepare and educate patients on prescribed treatments Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and mobility training while educating patients Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately Provide age‑appropriate care for patients across the lifespan in accordance with departmental policy Perform routine equipment maintenance as directed Clean and properly store equipment after use Maintain confidentiality while providing professional, patient‑centered service Follow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Texas Physical Therapy license and CPR certification Knowledge of physical therapy equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills One year of physical therapy experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 300 pounds, including assisting patients as needed Benefits Paid Time Off & Holidays Health & Supplemental Insurance Direct Deposit & Education Reimbursement Fitness Center Membership Retirement Plan Location: Hamilton, Texas If you are passionate about helping patients regain mobility and improve quality of life, we encourage you to apply today and join the therapy team. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
