CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift and Machine Operator in the Fryeburg, ME area to support production operations on the wash line. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operating machinery, and contributing to a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials, load and unload products, and support daily production flow.
• Operate wash line machinery, monitor performance, and ensure smooth operation.
• Use computer-based machine controls to adjust settings, track production, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Support production by assisting with wash line activities, maintaining a clean work area, and following safety protocols.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Forklift experience.
• Ability to operate and monitor machinery.
• Comfort working with computer screens and digital machine controls.
• Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to safety and reliability.
• Willingness to work a consistent first-shift schedule.
