Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel to and from ARC centers and other locations and operate a motor vehicle for a large part of the work day
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and to stay on schedule
- Problem solving abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to complete and submit reports
- This job requires a strong ability to work as a productive member of a team
Duties
- This position will assist with day to day operations and help to serve client needs by providing transportation to treatment
- Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment and materials to the appropriate destination.
- Ensure route is started with proper equipment tools. i.e., route logs, cell phone, keys, etc.
- Follow route as scheduled while allowing for potential stops and various pickups.
- Ensure personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
- Job is to be conducted within the limits of the law and all best-practice safety procedures.
- Follow all documentation requirements
- Keep route information, sequencing and all documentation up to date.
- Attendance and punctuality to daily job tasks, meetings and training sessions.
- Meet all training requirements in a timely manner as assigned.
- Properly care for and maintain company equipment including scanners, telephones, vehicles etc.
- Communicate any deficiencies with equipment to supervisor
- Performs other duties assigned.
