Diverse Lynx is looking to fill Business Development Manager US Staffing.

Job Responsibilities

• Must have minimum 4 years of experience into business development. Should have a deep understanding of the US staffing business processes
• Make new clients (MSP/VMS clients) based in the United States and gather requirements and negotiating deals with the clients.
• Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
• Prospecting and outreach for the new business and generate sales leads as well as closing the sales.
• Involved in end to end business development activities.
• Responsible and accountable for all aspects of assigned VMS/MSP client relations management, including cultivation, administration and maintenance of the VMS/MSP client relationship.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations.
