By maintaining rigorous inspection processes and supporting continuous product improvements, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering superior products with zero defects. Your efforts will help build a culture of quality and safety, ensuring that every product meets our customers’ needs and complies with industry standards. What We’re Looking For: Strong ability to interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications. Proficiency in basic math , measurement tools, and inspection processes Basic blueprint reading knowledge is preferred (training is available for the right candidate). Communication & Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues, along with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records and documentation. What We’re Looking For: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications in quality or manufacturing preferred. Experience: One year exp quality inspection or manufacturing, with hands-on experience in blueprint reading/product testing. Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift (approx. 80%). Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, with the use of forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be required for certain inspection tasks. Safety equipment provided: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
