Assembly OperatorAssembly Operators needed for 2nd and 3rd shifts Starting pay $22.13 2nd shift differential - $1.00 3rd shift differential - $0.60Job Description:1 Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate2 Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate3 Line feeds as required4 Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP5 Perform all required quality checks6 Completes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.)7 Performs all changeover operations on all machines correctly8 Perform first piece inspection9 Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area10 Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed11 Perform any rework required and completes all necessary documentation12 Perform any other duties as specifiedRequired Skills and Education:High School Diploma or GEDAbout Dauch:Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
