Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Conyers, GA or Remote What We’re Looking For Dover Food Retail (DFR) has an exciting career opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager. This critical role is an integral part of the DFR Marketing Leadership Team. DFR is the leading manufacturer of Display Cases, Specialty Products, Refrigeration Systems, Power Systems, Glass Doors and Comprehensive Services under brands such as Hillphoenix and Anthony. What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Management and Marketing, as the Digital Marketing Manager, you manage the strategic marketing efforts for DFR particularly focused on digital assets such as websites, social media, SEO and select digital initiatives around sales tools and technology. You will also develop current and future initiatives to enhance customer experience and improve the use of technology in our digital assets. Determining best use cases for utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the marketing and sales tool realm will also be part of this role. These are the specific responsibilities: Manage marketing activities Successful launch of new offerings, ensuring appropriate marketing collateral, training and launch events are developed for both internal and external customers Support the Marketing Communications and the Channel Marketing teams to drive marketing communications activities for the business including web development, social media, SEO etc. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans focusing on growing sales and increasing profitability for the divisions supported. Identification of cross-selling opportunities that fully utilizes the breadth of DFR’s product and service offerings. Manage small team on as needed basis to drive key business priorities. Coach and train colleagues within cross-functional teams. What are the basic qualifications? Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar. 8+ years of experience in the discipline of digital marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing and/or marketing communications. 4+ years of combined experience with digital assets such as web development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and similar digital marketing and sales tools is essential Familiarity with marketing tools: CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo), SEO tools, Hootsuite for SoMe and Adobe Suite for graphics design. What are the preferred qualifications? Master’s degree in digital marketing, business or related field. Utilizing and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives). Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals Ability to manage external partner, supplier and customer relationships Ability to thrive in faced-paced, results-driven organization Strong business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills Strong written and presentation communication skills Proven comfort with digital assets such as web development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and similar digital marketing and sales tools is essential.
