About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial operations, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, strategic investments, and the development of a robust financial structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Additionally, the CFO will play a key role in overseeing and evaluating strategic investments and acquisitions, as well as building and implementing financial systems to support the organization's growth and integration of new entities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role. A strong background in FP&A, strategic investments, and financial operations is essential, with experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, particularly Medicare Advantage, being highly desirable. The role requires excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The CFO will also be tasked with team building, so the ability to recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team is crucial. The position demands a dynamic individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment, and who is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
