Sr. RecruiterThis role is responsible for attracting and securing highly qualified talent for specialized technical and engineering positions within a fast-paced infrastructure environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. The position combines full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder consulting, and talent-market engagement. You will manage a substantial requisition portfolio while sourcing candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill technical roles. The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen employer branding and deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Success requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities, systems, and recruiting approaches. This is a remote, temporary full-time position supporting infrastructure-focused teams across the United States.Accountabilities:Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.Manage full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple technical and engineering requisitions, maintaining an average workload of 20+ open positions.Source high-caliber candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles using LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search, AI-powered recruiting tools, social media, and other talent acquisition channels.Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and overall alignment with role requirements.Source, vet, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers using a structured and data-informed recruitment approach.Serve as an employer brand ambassador by building strong relationships with candidates and delivering a professional, engaging, and best-in-class candidate experience.Manage recruiting priorities across high-volume and targeted technical searches while adapting to changing business needs and recruitment processes.Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate candidate and requisition data, and prepare performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement.Leverage recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, and innovative sourcing methods to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.Collaborate with recruiting and HR colleagues and contribute to the development and optimization of recruiting processes, systems, and methodologies.Support compliance-related recruiting activities, including outreach, reporting, and applicable employment requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a technical environment, including significant experience hiring or sourcing for specialized technical engineering positions.At least 5 years of experience managing high-volume recruiting within targeted geographic markets and/or specialized technical disciplines.Previous experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry is highly preferred, particularly experience supporting infrastructure-focused organizations or teams.Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search techniques, AI-powered recruiting tools, and other innovative talent attraction methods.Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates through multiple sourcing and recruitment channels.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems, with iCIMS experience preferred.Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, recruitment outreach, and reporting is a plus.Experience leading or managing recruiting teams is preferred.Strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted relationships with business leaders.Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple competing requisitions and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Benefits:Hourly compensation range of $55.00–$70.00 USD.Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and applicable market factors.Fully remote work arrangement.Temporary full-time employment.Opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical and engineering roles.Opportunity to support infrastructure projects with broad community impact.Exposure to modern recruiting technologies, AI-powered sourcing tools, and innovative talent acquisition methods.Opportunity to collaborate directly with business leaders and hiring managers.Professional environment focused on inclusion, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development.Opportunity to contribute to building high-performing teams supporting critical infrastructure initiatives.
