Building the future of school-based behavioral health Miracle Minds Therapy, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC), is expanding behavioral health services throughout Southern Nevada schools. We are assembling five multidisciplinary behavioral health teams — 15 positions — dedicated to improving the lives of children and adolescents in elementary, middle, and high schools. This school year, UCF is partnering with the Clark County School District to bring services directly onto CCSD campuses — right where our students already are. Each school-based hub pairs a licensed therapist, a behavioral health case manager, and a school community liaison, working as one coordinated team. As a School-Based Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy on CCSD campuses while collaborating with schools, families, and community partners. A dedicated case manager and admin support person handle coordination and logistics so you can focus on the kids. Responsibilities Key responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy for children and adolescents on elementary, middle, and high school campuses. Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners. Work within your three-person school hub team alongside a behavioral health case manager and school community liaison. Maintain clinical documentation. Active Nevada licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC. Clean criminal background required. Ability to successfully complete CCSD clearance. Professional attitude and strong ethics. Commitment to high-quality behavioral healthcare. Preferred qualifications Preferred qualifications School-based or community behavioral health experience.
