LPN Travel Nurse

Position OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel – Full-timeWe are hiring an LPN to support long-term care facilities throughout Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kentucky. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, laboratory support, patient education and safety monitoring in a collaborative environment with Registered Nurses and other staff.What You Will Be DoingContribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses.Administer medications and observe patients to make sure they don't have adverse reactions to those medications.Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services.Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe; take corrective action as appropriate.Where You Will Be GoingRegional Travel – up to two (2) hours from home address where a license or certification is applicable.Full Travel – across the company's footprint (IN, OH, MI, WI, KY) where a license or certification is applicable.Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays.Mileage and meal reimbursement provided (if applicable).Lodging accommodations provided by the company (if applicable).What You Can ExpectAt Trilogy, we are serious about caring for residents, caring for one another and having fun while we do it.
