About this Role The Receptionist will provide front office and administrative support including, but not limited to, data entry, reconciling, typing, filing and scheduling, coordination of meetings and conferences, making travel arrangements, and obtaining supplies. The Receptionist will deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts, at all levels of the organization. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day front office and administrative support Handle incoming calls, emails, and company related correspondence daily, and coordinate communications within the office Work independently, and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects Recommend changes in office practices or procedures as needed Take messages or field all routine and non-routine questions, and respond regularly to requests for information Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff.
