Foreclosure Sale Coordinator

Job Description Position: Foreclosure Sale Coordinator Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking an on‑site, full‑time coordinator to manage foreclosure sales throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. The role involves scheduling and managing all aspects of the foreclosure auction process, from deed research and legal advertisement composition to sale coordination, invoicing, and client communication. The position is based at our headquarters in Towson, MD, with regular hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Coordinate and administer residential and commercial foreclosure sales from assignment through completion. Conduct basic deed, land records, and title research to verify property details and lien information. Prepare and coordinate legal advertisements for publication. Monitor publication deadlines and ensure all notices meet legal timing and formatting requirements. Schedule foreclosure auction sales in coordination with trustees, attorneys, and the auction team. Maintain detailed calendars and tracking systems for sale dates, cancellations, and postponements. Prepare sale contracts and post‑sale documentation, including invoices. Maintain accurate records of legal advertisements and sale documentation. Communicate effectively with attorneys, trustees, lenders, and team members. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). College degree required. Experience researching and analyzing land records and deeds. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with attorneys and lenders. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment. Responsible and comfortable handling sensitive data. Detail‑oriented and organized. Compensation and Benefits On‑Site, Full‑Time Role. Expected Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000, depending on experience. Two weeks of Personal Paid Time Off plus five (5) Sick Days.
