ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. State Farm has always been a big part of my life - my dad is a State Farm agent, I interned with State Farm Corporate, and later worked for another agent before opening my own agency. I attended Western Michigan University, played hockey, and still enjoy following the sport. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family and kids.

Our agency is built on creating lasting relationships with our customers and making a positive impact in the community through the work we do every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rick Weissenhofer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
