Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in campaign execution, content development, and performance analysis who is looking to make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to support brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and traditional channels to support business objectives. Create and manage engaging content, including marketing collateral, email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Assist with planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences. Maintain and update marketing materials, brand guidelines, and content libraries. Support lead generation efforts through campaign tracking, CRM updates, and reporting. Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project deliverables. Ensure all marketing efforts align with company brand standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Experience with digital marketing tools such as email platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple priorities. Creative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines. Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives is a plus.
