Job Description ProSidian seeks a Business Process & Requirements Analyst / Data Management & Business Intelligence – Analytics Consulting & Business Needs Analysis (NSF0132132) to support federal science agency HR modernization projects across the Mid‑Atlantic Region. The role aligns with GSA Labor Category: Management Consultant and involves working in Alexandria, VA (hybrid) and on client sites. Responsibilities Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation. Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence. Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies. Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools. Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs. Conduct systematic analysis of business needs across NSF divisions, including stakeholder interviews and process mapping. Translate stakeholder needs into flexible, role‑based analytics solutions such as dashboards, reports, and data products. Advise on prioritization of analytics initiatives, change management, and user adoption to ensure sustainability of analytics capabilities. Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and produce technical specifications and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 4–6 years of requirements analysis experience in a federal environment. Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and data‑analytic tools. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and adaptability to changing project requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project milestones. Knowledge of federal human capital policies and IT integration practices is a plus.
