Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

Cabrillo Economic Development Corp.

Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is seeking a Case Manager to support residents at properties serving low‑income households, the formerly homeless, and clients with special needs. Working under the Director, you will deliver intensive case management, crisis intervention, and housing-readiness services on-site. You will document services, coordinate with partners such as Housing Authority and Behavioral Health, and help residents achieve sustainable housing outcomes while #J-18808-Ljbffr Cabrillo Economic Development Corp.
