On Site Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Opening Utica, NYAlbany 95mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking experienced PMHNP to provide psychiatric services in Utica, New YorkPosition Highlights:Skilled nursing and assisted living facility settingFocus on geriatric and older adult behavioral healthCollaborative interdisciplinary care environmentStrong administrative and clinical support infrastructureOpportunity for leadership and professional growthLocal candidates preferredResponsibilities:Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing mental health careDiagnose and manage psychiatric conditions in older adultsPrescribe and manage psychiatric medicationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentationQualifications:Active New York PMHNP licenseBoard certification in Psychiatry or minimum 2 years of direct psychiatric prescribing experienceStrong diagnostic and clinical assessment skillsExperience working with geriatric behavioral health populations preferredCompensation & Benefits:Estimated compensation $180,000 to $220,000 annuallyIncentive and productivity bonus opportunities401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceFlexible spending and health savings accountsPaid time off and parental leaveEmployee assistance programProfessional development assistanceRetirement plan options Estimated pay range/amount is $122,738 - $150,599.
