As an Electrical Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on complex electrical projects for prestigious clients such as Georgetown University and Kaiser Permanente. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for electrical projects Manage change orders and submittals throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with the pre-construction team to develop project scopes Oversee conduit installation and building construction Review and interpret blueprints for power distribution systems Required Skills: Experience in commercial construction projects Proficiency in estimating software for project management Knowledge of electrical code and wiring systems Ability to develop scope of work and bid proposals Strong background in construction management Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with Electrical field Previous work with Request For Information (RFI) processes Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $85,000.00 Maximum Salary: $90,000.00 Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance Vacation Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Company Vehicle Company Information: Merical Electric is a leading electrical service provider in the Greater Washington Metro Area Specializing in complex electrical projects for clients such as Georgetown University and The World Bank Offers skilled labor, ongoing training, and is a member of IBEW and NECA EEO Statement: Merical Electric is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
