Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Saturdays every other week, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Sales and customer service experience required, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales
• Proactive sales mindset, including opening new accounts, upselling, and identifying growth opportunities
• Positive attitude and strong customer-first approach
• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Office management or administrative experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Motivated self-starter with a desire for long-term career growth and advancement

Salary Range:

USD $26.00 - USD $31.15 /Hr.
