Industrial Medical Assistant – York, PAUnify Health Services is a women-owned, national workers' compensation and disability network dedicated to helping businesses create healthier, safer workplaces.OverviewWe are seeking a Full-Time Industrial Medical Assistant to support onsite employee health services in an industrial setting. This role combines medical assistant duties with workplace wellness and injury-prevention support. Ideal candidates are adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently.What We OfferMedical, dental, visionHSA/FSA optionsPet insuranceCEU reimbursement11 paid holidaysEmployee enrichment programsKey ResponsibilitiesTake vitals, medical history, assist examsPerform hearing, vision, drug screening, EKGsCollect specimens and perform basic lab testsAdminister medications under supervisionMaintain exam rooms/equipmentSupport vaccine clinics, biometrics, and safety initiativesSchedule patients, update EHR, answer inquiriesProvide coverage at nearby sites as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMA program completion preferredCMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA preferredBLS/CPR required1–3 years experience preferredIndustrial/occupational health experience a plusPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing/walkingOccasional lifting 30–50 lbsAbility to respond quickly during emergenciesIf you're passionate about occupational health and safety, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
