CT Tech Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shifts with a 4x12 hour schedule (07:00 - 19:30), with variable days of the week and 2 call shifts required per month.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Tech with Siemens experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CT imaging, particularly with Siemens scanners. This role is critical in providing high-quality imaging services in a busy trauma department, including working in a Magnet and Teaching facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients of all age groups, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Administer and manage contrast media as required for specific imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to determine the appropriate imaging techniques and protocols based on patient needs.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Current certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, and Washington State Radiology license.
• Proficiency in using Siemens CT scanners and experience with emergency imaging procedures.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is preferred.
