If you enjoy staying organized, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting caregivers with the supplies they need to provide exceptional resident care, we'd love to meet you.Why Join Bethel Pointe?We believe our employees are our greatest asset and offer a supportive environment with excellent benefits, including:Competitive wages based on experienceMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Life InsuranceTuition ReimbursementDailyPay – Work today, get paid today!$1,000 Employee Referral BonusMonthly employee appreciation and recognition eventsOpportunities for career growth and advancementIf you're looking for a rewarding career where your organization and attention to detail directly support quality resident care, apply today!Central Supply Clerk Primary ResponsibilitiesThe primary purpose of the Central Supply Clerk is the responsibility for the ordering, stocking and charging of all nursing supplies.ResponsibilitiesOrdering proper amounts of all nursing supplies.Keeping nursing supply rooms properly stocked and communicating with nursing staff to determine if any supplies need to be replenished or changes made in stock.Charging for all supplies used and entering information into the appropriate computer system for billing, daily and month-end purposes on a timely basis.Billing for all therapies and beauty shop services.Shopping for the resident when needed and as assigned.Operating within departmental budget.Maintaining the confidentiality of all residents and their care to ensure resident rights, privacy and property are protected at all times.Reporting and documenting resident and/or visitor incidents, accidents, complaints or allegations according to the facility's policy and procedure using the designated occurrence reporting system.Performing other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Services (DCS).QualificationsMust possess a High School Diploma or GEDKnowledge on the use of personal computers, e-mail accounts, software programs such as Word and ExcelHave a thorough understanding of the principles of best Central Supply Clerk practicesThe ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPPProof of COVID-19 Vaccine
