Senior Workday HCM & Benefits Analyst

See’s Candies is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to lead Benefits configuration, Annual Enrollment, and complex reporting. You will own end-to-end Workday HCM and Benefits, provide operational support, and optimize processes for scalable, compliant solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert in Workday Benefits, AE, reporting, and security, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
