The most meaningful work of your career is waiting. Join us.About the Team: The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform. Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Today, that means partnering directly with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, and test and launch to design, implement, and deploy end-user enterprise-wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and next-generation AI to solve real problems and accelerate progress. Long term, the team is laying the groundwork for a modular, scalable software platform that can power highly autonomous operations on Earth and beyond. This is a team for builders and thinkers who thrive on cross-functional impact and want to shape the digital backbone of our future in space.About the Role:Serve as SME across multiple modules in Workday including, Core HCM, Security, Payroll/Earnings, Time Tracking, and Absence ManagementProvide production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flawsLead projects by collecting requirements and proposing solutions or alternative methods to meet business needs then implementing those requirements in WorkdayProactively staying current with Workday updates and new features, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilitiesUnderstand impact of changes on other modules and downstream processesMap out and document configurations and system processes, field definitions and user guidesAbout You:Minimum of 3 years of experience working with WorkdayDemonstrate ability to take lead in gathering requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutionsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with human resource policies and compliance to ensure adherence to regulationsAbility to develop skills in end to end automationStrong ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with individuals at all levelsProficiency in Excel for data analysis Nice to haves but not required: Workday Pro certified Experience other areas of Workday like reporting, complex calculated fields, and talent optimizationWorkday Studio experience preferredAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
