The Social Work Manager will provide reflective supervision, ongoing training, and support around social work practice, documentation, and program deliverables. There will be opportunities to participate in professional development focused on topics such as de-escalation, trauma-informed care, professional boundaries, group management, restorative practices, mandated reporting, and effective staff coaching.
