(USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US and take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high quality standards. What you'll do (Responsibilities) Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel frequently to projects across the U.S., often up to 1,000 miles from home, and be away from home 80% of the time or for 17‑21 day assignments. Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Act as a project champion by minimizing impact on store operations and ensuring on‑time delivery. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles. Salary The annual salary range for this position is $80,168.40 - $121,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in similar areas. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams. Project Management – Management Professional Certification.
