Realizar el proceso de nómina, verificar los datos variables y tramitar correctamente lasincidencias para garantizar el pago dentro de los plazos estipulados para ello.2. Atender las solicitudes, asesorar y resolver las dudas de los/as colaboradores/as y managersrespecto a la nómina.3. Recibir y revisar las incidencias de los supervisores y manager para la digitación de lasnovedades de nómina.4. Recibir y revisar los incentivos enviados por el equipo de Auditoria de SPI.5. Enviar la nómina a economía para revisión, validación y modificar en caso de existir algunadiscrepancia.6. Validar, verificar y confirmar los datos de nómina y sus soportes tales como horas extras,vacaciones, licencias y HeadCount, para remitirlos al departamento de economía para suaprobación con el fin de proceder con el pago de nómina. 7. Actualizar y mantener los indicadores claves de rendimiento (KPI) relacionados con lanómina, para la gestión eficiente y precisa de la información relacionada con el personal ylas remuneraciones.8. Actualizar y crear las acciones de personal para una gestión efectiva y transparente de laestructura organizativa.9. Dar apoyo a las auditorías y solicitudes de otros departamentos acorde a cualquierdocumento y/o información que se requiera.10. Gestionar el proceso de las solicitudes de anticipo de salario de acuerdo a la política vigente.11. Transparentar las dietas percibidas por los/as colaboradores/as que viajan a otros CMPs deacuerdo al procedimiento establecido.12. Apoyar en la inducción impartiendo informaciones de nóminas, descuentos, cierres,deducciones y pago a los nuevos ingresos para su conocimiento. En República Dominicanase entrega carta para apertura de cuenta bancaria a quienes la requieran.13. Colaborar y dar apoyo en cualquier evento o actividad que se organice en los CMPs.14. Visitar los CMPs garantizando la cercanía de recursos humanos a los/as colaboradores/as,reforzando los valores IKEA.15. Realizar otras funciones complementarias.Además de las funciones anteriormente descritas, el/la Especialista de Nóminas de RepúblicaDominicana, hará también lo siguiente:16. Realizar, revisar y enviar proceso de digitación de novedades al proveedor de la nómina.17. Revisar las solicitudes de conceptos de ley para pagar en nómina de acuerdo al códigolaboral.18. Asegurar el pago de las prestaciones laborales en el tiempo determinado, incluyendo pagode comisiones y bonificaciones de excolaboradores/as.19. Realizar la entrega de cheques y aclarar cualquier duda a los excolaboradores/as. En casodel interior enviar cheque al especialista que corresponda.20. Garantizar que el proveedor de la nómina realice los formularios laborales (DGTs) alMinisterio de Trabajo correctamente y a tiempo para realizar los cambios de las novedadesque se tiene en ese mes. Para DGT2 enviar al proveedor la planilla de horas extras.21. Coordinar con el área de economía la emisión de poderes de cuotas litis, poder legal,anticipos y finalizaciones de contrato.22. Hacer exclusiones de nómina de los excolaboradores de nuestra plantilla en la plataforma de la TSS.23. Realizar cuadre al cierre de mes para el pago de impuestos y envío a TSS y Contabilidad parala correcta gestión.24. Solicitar el cierre al proveedor para ser enviado a economía y realizar el pagocorrespondiente.25. Revisar y realizar las solicitudes de Cartas Laborares y certificaciones de aportes en latesorería.26. Solicitar al proveedor el envío de los comprobantes de pago a los colaboradores, reportes yel cálculo de las prestaciones laborales cuando sean requeridas.27. Garantizar los pagos extraordinarios como bonificación y salario de regalía a colaboradoresactivos como inactivos. Además de las funciones anteriormente descritas, el/la Especialista de Nominas de Puerto Rico, harátambién lo siguiente:28. Revisar balances de vacaciones y enfermedad para la validación y realización de proceso depago aplicable.29. Generar reportes de deducciones estatales y federales para el departamento deContabilidad con cada periodo de nómina para la correcta gestión.30. Dar apoyo en la tramitación de contratos y propuestas.31.
