Job Title: Sales Account Senior Specialist- B Goods

Location: Plano, TX, 75023

Duration: 12 months Contract

Pay Scale: $30-38/hr “The compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, geographic location, and other applicable factors, and will fall within the posted pay range”

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

General Description:

In this role the candidate will initiate B Good Sales with select vendors. They will play a crucial role in the entire sales order lifecycle, ensuring seamless and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt to fulfillment. This position serves as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinates with various internal departments such as Logistics, BOC, Supply Chain, and Credit along with maintaining weekly sales trackers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inventory and Load Management: Review and organize available inventory, build appropriate B Good truck loads based on customer needs and warehouse constraints, and proactively offer these loads to customers.
• Daily Interaction with Logistics Team: Obtain information on B Good truck loads and ensure timely communication.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with B Goods Vendors to receive and process orders efficiently.
• BOC Coordination: Collaborate with the BOC team to enter Purchase Orders (POs) into NERP.
• Pricing Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any pricing discrepancies that arise during the process.
• Credit Department Interaction: Liaise with the Credit Department to resolve credit-related issues with vendors.
• PSI Team Coordination: Work with the PSI team to schedule and execute drop delivery orders.
• Order Follow-Up: Ensure orders are properly Goods Issued (GI’d) by following up with the logistics team.
• Weekly Tracker Generation: Create and maintain multiple weekly trackers to monitor progress and ensure accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Competency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills,
• and a basic understanding of environment setup for Visual Studio.
• Communication and Organization: Superior communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find efficient solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
• Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under tight timeframes.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service background to maintain strong vendor relationships. Address customer concerns and manage issues effectively.
• Experience: Prior sales and account management experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
