As a Shift Leader you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain product quality and availability at all times.

Knowledge of all menu items and applications.

Ensure all employees are in proper uniforms neat and clean.

Ensure all areas of restaurant are clean to guarantee a "perfect dining experience."

Ensure all employees are knowledgeable of every product and menu make-up of each item.

Ensure all employees are able to provide exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

• Skill and coordination at using hands to write, pour and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.
