Will plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with the OhioHealth IS PMO project management standards and in accordance with service level agreements at agreed upon budgets.This is a Hybrid position in Columbus, OH.Responsibilities And Duties:65% Project Execution - Responsible for managing technology projects and/or programs running across one or multiple Lines of Business targeted at achieving overall business goals. They will be responsible projects from initiation through implementation including multiple software development methods. Establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Manages budgets of the project, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities:Establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlinesEnsures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant OhioHealth IS PMO guidelinesCoordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projectsManages budget for assigned projects, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordinglyDevelops plans and manages interdependencies between development teams and business unitsPublishes project status and executive reporting20% Communication - Being able to articulate exactly what is needed in the project, is critical, alongside the ability to actively play a vital role as a Business Analyst to gather all of the information.
