GM - GENERAL MANAGER Jacksonville, FL, US Salary Range: $38,000.00 To $40,000.00 Annually The Assistant Manager position at Dhyey LLC or Sai Of Jacksonville LLC for a Checkers restaurant involves supporting the General Manager in running day-to-day operations. The assistant manager acts as a key team leader, ensuring smooth service, managing staff, and stepping into the GM’s role when needed. Key responsibilities for this role include: Staff Supervision : Assisting in managing employees by training, motivating, and overseeing their work. This includes scheduling shifts, ensuring staff follows operational guidelines, and resolving conflicts within the team. Customer Service : Handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the restaurant provides a positive dining experience. Operational Support : Helping with opening and closing duties, ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly, and ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards throughout the restaurant. Inventory and Supplies : Assisting in ordering, receiving, and managing stock, ensuring that all products are available without over-ordering or waste. Financial Support : Helping to manage cash flow, handling daily sales reports, and making sure cash handling procedures are followed. This may also involve tracking expenses and assisting with labor and food cost management. Leadership Development : As the assistant manager, there’s an expectation to lead by example, mentoring junior staff, and preparing to potentially step into a GM role in the future.
