Health Care Plus Receptionist- Field support at Rolling Meadows

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Field Support Specialists and Receptionists. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Provide on-site support to workers and resolve technical issues. Ensure timely completion of service tasks and follow-up with workers as needed. Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements. Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Qualifications Previous experience in a technical support or administrative role. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
