Facilities Manager

We are seeking a Facilities Shop Manager for our two facilities in Broomfield, Colorado who can plan, build and maintain laboratories, propulsion facilities, machine shop and engineering infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Plan and optimize laboratory and machine shop layouts Lead capital equipment selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning Manage explosive-safe work areas and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee machine shop operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement Manage facility utilities, infrastructure, and preventive maintenance Coordinate facility expansions, renovations, and new construction projects Partner with Engineering, Operations, EHS, and vendors to support business growth Ensure facility readiness, safety, and operational reliability Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing technical or manufacturing facilities Experience procuring and installing capital equipment Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance Experience supporting laboratories, manufacturing, or R&D environments Project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Executive Recruiting Group
