Preferred Experience & Credentials:

• Active Texas SLP-CCC certification
• Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, including experience with school-aged populations
• Comfortable conducting evaluations, delivering direct interventions, handling ARDs, and maintaining thorough documentation
• Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students as assigned
• Administer evaluations, develop and implement individualized intervention plans, and deliver direct therapy
• Complete necessary documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs as appropriate
• Support each child’s communication goals and foster growth in their academic environment
