The group offers a unique opportunity for Analysts to work on a variety of projects that provide exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products and sectors within the real estate industry. The Analyst will have the following tasks:Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial information;Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A and capital raising transactions;Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations;Value real estate companies, businesses, and assets; andAssist in the marketing and planning of engagements.Basic QualificationsThe ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and background:An undergraduate degree, including an exemplary academic record, from an accredited institution;Advanced accounting, finance, financial modeling and analytical abilities;Proficiency with Excel (particularly modeling skills) and PowerPoint;A strong interest in real estate;Nuanced understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies and applications;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Be an independent thinker and resourceful problem solver driven to succeed;Have a very strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multitask; andA demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.Teamwork is essential to the firm’s success. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $120,000-$130,000 Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
