Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Nights
At Countryside Manor Nursing and Rehab Fremont , we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in our team's success. We are seeking experienced Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs to join our Nightshift team.
Position Summary:
As a Countryside Manor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) , you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN. This position reports to our Director of Nursing.
Essential Functions of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
Assist in daily care of residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living
Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident's personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Certification: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) certification required
Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents
