- Develop, analyze, and amend technical specifications for delivery to the development team
- Proactively address and resolve technical issues in collaboration with developers
- Ensure high standards of system performance, reliability, and security
- Coordinate application support activities, including quarterly releases, defect management, and change management processes
- Document integration of new and legacy systems, reconciling diverse team needs and product portfolios
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Systems, Product, or Business Analyst roles
- Proven success in solution delivery environments
- Strong relationship management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience in the Electric Utilities industry
- Background with large, complex enterprise systems
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, or VB
- Knowledge of databases, system security, and technical troubleshooting
