In-Branch Loan Support & Customer Care Specialist

Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers in our Atlanta area branch. You will process loan applications, take payments, and help manage accounts with a focus on accuracy and friendly service. In this role you will greet customers in person and by phone, answer questions about accounts and loan options, and work with the team to meet branch goals.
